We are so happy you are here! We are Andy and Candis and we have a passion for saving and renovating old homes. We have 6 wonderful boys and a sweet little girl. We hope to share our excitement with you as we find and restore these amazing pieces of history! DIY Tip: Replicating Historic Molding
Having historic molding recreated can be expensive...although there is certainly a time and place to spend that kind of money, you can usually make a very similar look from off-the-shelf molding!
DIY Tip: Refinishing Floors
Make sure to use the right kind of sander when refinishing your floors! It takes a little bit of practice, but a large belt sander works much better than a random orbital!
