We are so excited to announce that our show (Old Home Love) will be airing on Wednesday, October 7th at 9:00 PM (Mountain Time) on DIY network!
We can’t believe that we get this opportunity to share what we love with America. The show will be a half hour long, and episode 1 and 2 will air back to back! It’s pretty crazy how we have been in a holding pattern, waiting for this news. We have kept ourselves pretty busy…I’m sure you can tell.
We’ve been trying to get a lot of our current projects wrapped up so we can focus on promoting the show…if we get great ratings, we get to keep going!!
We need all of our Old Homies to watch (and DVR and post and share and like and…) all of the things!! So many shows focus on flipping and new, we really want to show the network (and America) that these old houses matter and so does what we do to save them!!
Will you watch with us October 7th? We will be posting fun behind the scenes things here on the blog while it’s airing, and we will also be live tweeting (oh man, we had better figure out the twitter ;)
We really want to thank everyone for all of the support that you have already shown us, this wouldn’t be possible without you!!!

This is awesome… so happy for you… now come make my Arizona house beautiful!
I’m super excited you’ve decided to remodel my grandparents house! I know my grandpa would be so excited that someone would put so much time and effort into his favorite place to be! I know my grandma Ray is excited to see the finished product too. I hope you guys are successful in all your endeavors with your old home love!
Thank you so much, Chad! You have an amazing family, we hope to make you all proud!
I live in an old home in Kaysville. Underneath the siding it is log. It has been my fixer upper for 30 years and counting.
That’s wonderful! Keep up the good work!!
My dad bought his parent’s old pioneer home built in 1897 in Layton, Utah. Oh how I would love to have you help restore it one day. I tried to do some things. But I need experts.
I’m so excited for your show.
Congratulations!
Woo! Looking forward to it!
Wonderful! Don’t forget to head to Cedar City with some of your projects!
We love Cedar! it would be great to do homes there!
Being old house fanatics and restorers ourselves, specifically in the Avenues and Rose Park area, we were so excited to hear about your new show. Thank you for proudly representing all of us here in Utah and our beautiful historic homes. Plus, I love your Real shirt. :) Looking forward to watching your show.
