We started writing this blog 2 years ago–we were determined to post everyday and keep all of our amazing instagram followers in the know. We posted about 6 whole times then we bought more houses and all we could do was work, work, work! It doesn’t make it any easier that we, you know:
HAD A BABY and FILMED A TV SHOW.
We honestly feel a little crazy right now, but we know that we will forever regret not documenting all of the amazing houses we get to restore, so we are making this a priority! PLUS, its a pretty crazy life that we live and we think it might be interesting to people.
We are also SUPER excited to share all of the behind the scenes stuff from the show, which airs October 7th! We want to tell you all about the process and what it was like! ***Spoiler Alert:*** It was hard.
Please come visit us often, we also have a newsletter that you can get our updates right to your inbox! Thanks for visiting!
I know of a small adobe and know some of the story of the family home. Originally a2 large room adobe home placed over an old basement of the same dimension as the original two rooms that was lined w adobe brick. I was lucky enuf to have known many of the parties involved in the making of the adobe brick. I would love to discuss this home with you. Maybe you would help me with some wishes and dreams.
Sincerly Yours.

Too bad you can’t go to Grand Junction, CO. My daughter moved into a 70’s home that has it’s original yellow and orange melamine type kitchen, and it had no flooring, and they are walking around on the sub floor. She has a beautiful family and would probably make a great episode. Look her up on Facebook. Melissa Lund Smith
